The following information is prepared, pursuant to Article 13 of the EU Regulation 2016/679 ("Regulation") by Alessio Gradi in relation to the personal data of users collected when accessing and/or registering on this website (hereinafter referred to as the "Site") and/or making a request to purchase horses through the Site and/or requesting the Site's customer support services (cumulatively, the "Site Services").
The user's personal data are processed by Alessio Gradi and, in the event of the purchase of products that are supplied by us through the logistics of a Vendor, Supplier, Manufacturer or Third Party Carrier (cumulatively Third Party Collaborators), the user's personal data will also be processed by such Third Party Collaborators. In this case Alessio Gradi and the Third Party Collaborators act as autonomous data controllers, i.e. each of them processes your personal data for its own purposes.
The following information is therefore provided pursuant to Article 13 of the Regulation, with reference to Alessio Gradi and, in case of sale or purchase of horses that will be supplied by means of Third Party Collaborators' logistics, also with reference to such Third Party Collaborators who will process your personal data autonomously according to the regulations in force. The personal data that Alessio Gradi will provide to such Third Party Collaborators are only and exclusively the strict data necessary to carry out the transport and delivery of the purchased goods including the creation of the Documents required by law as the case may be.

The data provided by the user will be processed for the sole purpose of being contacted to receive the information requested by the user.

No generic or specialised marketing activities are carried out, the data provided will only be used to respond to questions asked by the user.
6. Processing of data by Alessio Gradi for the purpose of conducting so-called Soft-Spam activities according to art. 130, IV paragraph, of the Privacy Code
Alessio Gradi, in accordance with Art. 130, IV paragraph, of the Privacy Code, will process e-mail addresses and telephone numbers voluntarily provided by the user in order to communicate the possible availability for sale of foals and horses, provided that the user does not exercise the right to object in the manner set out below.

For soft-spam purposes, Alessio Gradi will process user's data until the right to object is exercised and, in any case, no later than 3 years after collection.
Please note that the third parties Alessio Gradi deals with do not receive any information or consent to process users' e-mail addresses for soft-spam purposes; users' data may be disclosed to third parties only for purposes related to the fulfilment of bureaucratic procedures addressed to the public administration and for the possible provision of logistic services for the transport of foals and horses by specialised couriers.

The data that may be collected by means of the Site are first and last name, email address, telephone number, possible address or domicile, the collection takes place only by means of the contact form and the provision of the same by the user is entirely voluntary and not compulsory or explicitly requested except for the email address alone, which is absolutely necessary in order to be able to send the request for information and receive the reply.
The processing will be carried out in the following ways:
The Site ButterflyZ.it is a simple amateur information website portal, no computer systems are used for the collection, storage, processing, treatment and manipulation of user data, the data that the user therefore voluntarily provides by means of the contact form will be received by the owner in the form of email and therefore treated as a simple electronic epistolary communication of the email type, ditto for any telephone numbers provided, they will be treated as such and used with a landline or mobile phone.
The data provided will not be used for any other purpose except for communication between the owner and the user and in the case of the purchase of a horse or foal by the user for the normal and due bureaucratic procedures necessary to complete the transaction.
8. Obligation to give consent to data processing and consequences in case of refusal
The provision of required personal data, i.e. the minimum indispensable for communication between the holder and the user, is provided voluntarily by the user and there is no obligation to do so. Any refusal to provide such data has no consequence with regard to the possibility of freely visiting our site and reading information, while the user obviously has no way of communicating with the owner by not providing it.
9. Disclosure of data to third parties
The data will never be unjustifiably disclosed to other parties, nor will it be disseminated. The data will not be sold to third parties.
However, users' personal data will be justifiably disclosed to third parties in the following cases.

No other data will be provided to third parties other than the minimum necessary to carry out normal activities of sale or purchase of horses and foals, and these will never include sensitive or superfluous data.
